if anyone still reads these: hi! i'm migrating!
          
          i love this account and all it's done for me, and i never expected that i'd amass 1,000 (!!) followers on here, but it's simply time for me to move on. my own inadequacies have made it hard for me to reach out to people on this account anymore, but i'm working on it!
          
          all of my stories are going to be archived if they haven't been already. some of them are, simply put, lifeless and plotless and likely won't be touched again. i've been currently working on others (as well as some new stories that have never been published before), but my issues with mapping and updating properly need to be fixed before i update anything.
          
          it's been real, and if anyone wants to, give my new account @distantsistersun a follow! hopefully a fresh start is what i need to get back into writing :)

          it was about a girl finding letters from a boy named theo (?) and the school had a giant statue of st jerome in the courtyard

day ?? of quarantine: not sure how many people have been keeping up with my (lack of a) presence on here, but in case anyone's curious:
          
          YES, i have deleted a few stories (du bist wunderbar and for the love of anna auberjonois)
          
          NO, that does not mean they're gone forever!
          
          one of my biggest insecurities as a writer is that i'm really bad at plotting stories out and thinking ahead; i used to just sit down and write, crank out a chapter, and hit publish without the slightest idea of where chapter two would take my characters. it worked for a while, but in writing good times bad times (ie "the gang writes fan fiction") i discovered how much less of a headache it is just to have the next couple of chapters locked and loaded and ready to go.
          
          if you don't know, i have ten decently-sized and decently-written chapters up. i haven't published ten chapters of a story in my LIFE.
          
          so even though they're temporarily gone, my stories are not over! all of my books have gone through major plot surgeries (but are making speedy recoveries) and it felt like a tease to have multiple stories up with just a cast list. i haven't stopped writing. in fact, haven't written THIS MUCH in a long time. i have a lot of ideas in my head that i'm excited to share with people, i just have to get them on paper first. and it'll take time, but hopefully it'll so so be worth it.
          
          i hope quarantine is being kind to all of you. if you can, get some fresh air and put some tunes on and take a walk. it's a beautiful day outside.
