if there's any piece of advice i could give you, it's to love yourself before you try and love someone else. you'll think by loving someone else, it'll make you love yourself - but that's not how it works. you'll eventually end up losing yourself in them, and the love you couldn't give yourself, you gave to them. when it's over and they leave, and they will, you'll believe you lost the best thing that's ever happened to you. however, this isn't true. you're the best thing that's ever happened to you. so love yourself, don't lose yourself.
