With the risk of NovelHD looming and WattPad doing seemingly nothing about it, I’m going to unpublished all but the first 5 chapters of ASITR later today, so read while you can! Guess I’ll be restarting everything in Inkitt. Ugh. I’ll let you know when it’s up there instead.

@wdhenning I’m so sorry you’re going through that with your work, that’s horrible :(. And I’m sorry they’re not responding to your outreach either. I believe they’re based in Vietnam and there are very few copyright laws to protect us… Thanks so much for checking on my name there at teenfics, I didn’t know about that one. I think you can raise a ticket with WattPad for them to pursue the theft of your work but I’m not sure how long that takes of course!

@brynneweaver I understand. My latest novel in progress (Children of the Sun and Moon) is on NovelHD. They seem to post new chapters soon after I do. I sent a DMCA infringement notice to them over a month ago (at least to an email address I found for them), but nothing happened as a result. No big surprise. There is also another site that has many Wattpad pirated stories: teenfics.net. All of my works are there. but I didn’t find anything when I searched for your name. Best have good malware protection if you go look. The site kept trying to download stuff to my iPad. Not sure what Wattpad can do about all this, but I would like to hear that they are trying. Grrrrr…

Yeah they do, I found The Elysian there, the second book in my Diviner series, which isn’t anywhere close to complete. I only posted 10 chapters of that one, guess I won’t be posting anymore :(

COMPLETED!!! A Shadow In The Reaping is now finished, 2 months to the day since I started posting this story to WP. I'm so thrilled with how it's come together. I really love this story. Lu and Ashen have been a joy to write.
I'll be cleaning it up here and there, and in the meantime I'll be creating an alternative version with more details (and spice!) for the final Amazon edition.
