I can imagine an AU where Katsuki works as a police officers and Izuku teaches omega defence classes. After courting the hell out of the omega Katsuki would obviously go the extra step and breed the little thing until his muscles soften and his chest filled out more to where he had to start wearing bras during his classes. They would fight over when Izuku left and let someone else take over the classes, and the fight would end with sweet kisses and a knot licked deep into the 4 month pregnant omega. Katsuki would keep the omega off his feet until their little one showed up. With big red eyes and curly blond hair, the omega and alpha would cuddle one another and rock back and forth, eventually letting their pack in to welcome the little one to the world.
