When I was in high school, I would write stories for my friends in class and they would literally pull the pages out from under my pencil to get to the next part.
Publishing As You Wish on here felt the same, and even though I never finished it (and do not plan to, which is why I've removed it and all other stories from that time from my profile), the process of publishing each chapter as it was ready and receiving real-time feedback was exhilarating.
Over a decade and hundreds of thousands of words tucked away safely on a for-my-eyes-only hard drive later, I'm ready to channel my fearless high school self and start making some of my new work public. My writing muscles need the exercise.
Not that I expect you to like my work so much you'll rip the proverbial paper out from under my proverbial pencil, but who knows? Only one way to find out...
