gonna delete my shifting book because many things are wrong in it and im tired of what some people comment on it.
I think enough people already read it and if you still wanna know about shifting then just go onto amino into shifting communities because they can explain things better and provide better tips than me.
If ur mad then idc you can always find info on amino or probably reddit. Idc if you unfollow me or not. Do whatever you want.

Hello! I have been trying to shift for a week or two, but i have some issues. I get symptoms like numbness, twitching, fast heartbeat, a rising temperature, a weird pain in my chest, tingles and itches on parts of my body where I don't have a mosquito bite, for instance. The only problem is I can't seem to disconnect from my body. I feel slight numbness on my hands, arms and feet, but I can't disconnect fully. And another problem is that I feel like I am falling backwards for a second or two, but then it immediately stops. Does it have to do with my not being able to disconnect from my body? Any advice?

@ dreamywoelkchen Thank you for your reply! I still have one more question. Sometimes, even when I don't move, I still seem to feel my bed underneath me. Do you have any advice to help my body fall asleep faster? And lastly, since awake methods are the ones giving me most symptoms, could you tell me a few effective awake methods?

@Demi_2007 this all are symptoms of being close to shifting. Even if you start to not feel this symptoms anymore its also a sign of being close since your body got used to those feeling of being disconnected. Just keep trying and you will get to your dr. The feeling of falling backwards is also a sign of being close!

Hi question i still haven't shifted but I'm not giving up but does trying to shift a lot affect health

@lia_mikaelson maybe shifting too much can make you feel drained and also sometimes just make you not able to shift when you dont take a break. So just try ti find a good amount and take some breaks in between

I don't have a lot of time or motivation to answer lately and also am barely on wattpad so I don't get the notifs for any questions lol.
