I know Wattpad prefers shorter chapters, and I tried that approach at the start of my book. However, I found it didn’t leave much room for character development. When I focused more on introspection and character growth, the shorter chapters didn’t really move the plot forward. So now, I’m writing longer chapters, around 4,000 to 7,000 words, which is pretty standard for a fantasy novel. I hope you're all still enjoying it!
