I know it's hard to fall asleep. I know it's hard to wake up. I know it's hard to go to school. I know it's hard to pay attention. It's easy to harm yourself. I know you think it's not worth it. I know you think YOU are not worth it. Just remember that there is someone out there who loves you to death. Whether it be a friend, a parent, a sibling, a cousin, a teacher, an animal or anyone, point is they LOVE you. They would be devastated with you gone from their life. YOU ARE WORTH IT.
