          ✨ The sound of rain against the window was the only thing filling the room. Sera sat curled up in the corner of the bed, her knees pressed tightly to her chest. The glow of the city outside barely reached her, the soft flicker of lights casting faint shadows on the walls.
          
          She closed her eyes, trying to focus on the rhythm of the raindrops instead of the ache in her heart. ✨
