          We are excited to announce a brand new activity here at Contemporary & ChickLit: First Line Fridays! 
          
          Every great story starts with a hook. Those opening lines of a story make readers fall in love and keep them turning the page. 
          
          Whether you’re a reader or a writer, we’d love to see what hooks you. Share the first few lines of the Wattpad stories that you couldn’t put down with us, and we’ll share them with our community! 
          
          It can be a piece from your own writing, or from something you’ve read on Wattpad.
          
          Here is how to join:

          The ChickLit Ambassadors profile is embarking on a new journey, full of positive changes. Starting October 1st, ChickLit Will become Contemporary Chicklit.
          
          For years, the ChickLit Ambassadors profile and its team has been dedicated to provide all women and ChickLit genres lovers a safe and enjoyable place within our Orange Universe. And this will never change.
          
          ChickLit is not just any genre, it's a spirit, it's a mindset. The one of strong women, everyday heroines, ever-growing ladies, who step inside our contemporary world and shake its every cell.
          
          But as women grow, as they build themselves, after tackling and overcoming any challenge thrown their way by our societies, they learn to care for others, they open their infinite hearts and welcome every single soul who might live in their reality. For we are stronger together.
          
          By welcoming the ContemporaryLit genre, ChickLit grows to become the place for everyone to find friends and support in this world which is not always gentle on us. Contemporary ChickLit will be the place for everyone to find something to relate to, and whatever change may occur, it will always be a safe place to enjoy and connect with people. Be it women or not, we all have something to share, learn from and teach others. We all are parts of an immense tapestry.
          
          To make this new experience even better than what you used to know, the profile will be less active for the following weeks. We will be updating all the necessary information, from reading lists to activities, and we will return to you with a changed content, but with just as much dedication.
