I couldn't sleep, so I will do another update post:

I'm going to spend the next few months (hopefully) working on Riders of Havoc Volume 2 (and maybe start volume 3). The draft's halfway there, just got a few more chapters left before going through the editing process and posting on Wattpad.

Also, there's been another update on Volume 1. I've decided to section the rather longer chapters into 2-part chapters instead (see chapters 9 to 16). I was a bit worried that I might bore you guys if I kept a long chapter containing everything that's going on, so I thought about breaking it down so that there wasn't too much to absorb all at once.

But if you do get notifications about updates, then that was me adding pictures and cleaning the chapters up a bit.

This year has been a goddamn nightmare. Aside from dealing with a ton of crap regarding personal issues, writer's block, and STILL trying to find employment, I'm calling 2025 the year everybody is dropping like flies left, right and centre—which is beyond diabolical.

Tell me HOW THE HECK we've not only lost Ace Frehley of KISS, D'Angelo and the bassist from Limp Bizkit in October???!!!?!!?!??!

Now who the F is next in the next two months? Mick Jagger????? Seriously, WHO ELSE? I really thought Ozzy's death was the tip of the iceberg, but I guessed wrong.

So, it has been a while since my last update. I've been dealing with a lot of stuff regarding not being in college, family stuff and just life. But I'm managing okay.

Recently, I've been trying to write up the sequel to Riders of Havoc, Volume 1, and my writer's block has been bothering me throughout. But I'll get it done eventually, maybe before the end of this year or next January.

So, I've turned 20 today. Finally shedding the teens and entering adulthood feels pretty overwhelming. Either way, happy birthday to me. I thank my auntie, cousin and my counsellor for celebrating this milestone with me. x

So last night I went on Tumblr to do some roaming after a few days not being active, and I came across a post regarding Nikki Sixx's latest tweet about the (I assume) ongoing legal battle with guitarist Mick Mars and the rest of the band.

Now everyone in the band's fanbase has their opinions and arguments about this: some about the Vegas residency shows regarding Vince Neil's health (there are recent articles about how he apparently had a stroke last year), others about alleged stuff happening behind-the-scenes in Nikki's 10+ years of marriage with his current wife, Courtney Bingham, with people on Tumblr and Reddit saying in comments that she might be cheating on him {THIS HAS NOT BEEN OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED, PLEASE DON'T @ ME} and finding reasons why they don't like her (one person on Reddit called her a "trophy wife"), the list can go on forever.

So, I'm deciding today to have my say in all of it.

Firstly, Nikki's recent tweets REALLY shifted the respect I once had for him, which deeply pissed me off. Like, a lot.

I don't get why this bitter-ass heavy metal veterinarian at age 66 let his bitter-ass ego get the better of him instead of taking full responsibility for what he did to Mick. It is not fair to the fans at all with the candid bullshit and inconsistencies that keep popping up.

Secondly, I'd been damn near shocked if the supposed infidelity allegations made against Courtney were true. I saw the interview about her and Nikki's wedding, and she seemed like she genuinely loved him despite flaws and all. Same case with Nikki; this man even said she "supported [him] for who [he was]" and wanted someone "as solid as a rock". I can't imagine how Ruby would feel if her parents were to separate, and she is only six years old.

Third: with Vince, I think we can all agree that certain events (if you know, you know) that happened in his life had taken an extreme toll on him, and I don't mean physically. I hope he's getting whatever help/support he needs right now.

Happy 67th birthday, Michael Jackson!!!!!

I'll never forget the day your music changed my life. I may never get the chance to say this to you in person, but I hope in the heavens above you're listening. Gone but never forgotten. :)

I've just found out today via news outlets on Reddit and other social media that Lil Nas X got arrested and is reportedly hospitalised for an overdose.

It made me think back to 2021, and it felt like yesterday when he dropped "MONTERO" and the "Call Me By Your Name" song, which played across all platforms alongside "INDUSTRY BABY" with Jack Harlow and "THATS WHAT I WANT". That was how massively popular he was, even with "Old Town Road", which came two years earlier on his EP. Afterwards, everything was just a string of singles here and there.

If the overdose part is true, then my thoughts and prayers are out for him. It's so devastating that fame can have such an impact on an artist's mental health and well-being, not to mention the toll it takes on themselves.

Lil Nas X shouldn't have to face this alone. At the end of the day, all artists are HUMAN BEINGS. I really hope he finds the courage to speak up about it. :(
