Writing chapter twenty-one and this was said to me “what if Travis reads the letter his father had written him, and it’s the most heartfelt piece of garbage ever but then he reads the closing paragraph and realised the letter wasn’t his and that it wasn’t even his dad that wrote it. “Am sorry, Jackson.” Your father.” —one of my friends. Lmaooo that’ll be so messed up—so funny at the same time. Like all those years of no contact and you finally get a letter thinking it’s from said person just for it to be written for someone else and by someone else entirely.
