i had a whole plot set out for lucia & blaise, and since i’m no longer continuing the book i might aswell share it here.
lucia and blaise were meant to continue meeting late at night, blaise being kicked out of his dorm by malfoy and left to sleep on the couch. the two would’ve found comfort in each other, and eventually form a romantic relationship. no one was to ever find out about the couple, and keeping secrets eventually took its toll on the pair. lucia notably struggled expressing her emotions more than blaise, but always knew deep down that she loved him. she would often visit the astronomy tower, where she and blaise first connected, and would shout her feelings from the balcony. her seizures seemed to stop ever since she got with him, but resurfaced after the death eaters invaded hogwarts towards the end of 6th year. lucia is reunited with her father, which pushes her condition to the edge. she decides to tell blaise she loves him, but dies in his arms shortly after suffering her worst seizure. the last few chapters were meant to be a series of epilogues, set from the perspective of each of lucia’s friends and how they dealt with her passing. the final chapter was to be from blaise’s perspective, spanning over a few years time to show how he never really recovered from her death.
i truly loved planning this story and it’s hurts to be ending it where i am. i had so much in store for each one of you that cared enough to read my story, and i’m forever thankful for the support i received. i hope i managed to brighten at least someone’s day with my words.
