VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE ON THE STATUS OF @Piper__McLean!
          
          God is currently working miracles on Easter Sunday! While Piper is still in a coma, her sister has reported that she felt her squeeze her hand multiple times. The doctor said that these are small signs Piper may wake up within 24-72 hours! They are currently planning two surgeries: one tonight for the acute compartment syndrome, and another at midnight Tuesday for the cardiac arrest. Everybody, God is hearing our prayers! I felt really touched while reading all your messages of support for her, whether on this message board or on Piper's.
          
          The battle is not yet over, though. Keep up the praying!

URGENT PRAYER REQUEST!!!
          
          Some of you may know that on March 27, @Piper__McLean told us that she was involved in a car accident with her sister while they were visiting their family. Her sister was fine, but Pipes ended up in the hospital with her foot in a cast. She seemed to be doing fine, but about one hour ago, we received a really bad update. I will just copy-paste the announcement here. 
          
          "Piper had a cardiac arrest and an acute compartment syndrome!! I’ll explain real quick for those who don’t understand! A cardiac arrest is when the blood flow stops and the heart stops, resulting to air not reaching the brain. She’s in a coma now. An acute compartment syndrome is what was going on with her foot the entire time. This is a surgical emergency where pressure builds up inside the leg muscles, cutting off blood flow. I don’t know much about it, but this is what the doctor said when we went to visit her today."
          
          She is unlikely to survive this. This is a really terrifying and overwhelming time for her and her family. Another sad point here is that she does not believe in Christ; she is a Muslim. However, we know that God is a miracle-worker. Let us all pause here to pray together for her. At this point, we really need a miraculous touch from God, but may His will and not ours be done.

Hey everybody, today is Good Friday. This is the day where we remember what Jesus has done for us on the cross. He was betrayed by His own "friend," He suffered immensely at the hands of the Jewish leaders and the Roman soldiers, and He was nailed to the cross to die for sins He had not committed. But this was all part of God's beautiful plan of redemption. Jesus, the Perfect One who had never sinned, took the punishment WE deserved for our sin so that everybody who believes in Him would not perish but be saved and reconciled to our Creator.
          
          We know that His death is not the end of the story, though. On Sunday, He would rise up out of the grave, defeating death forever, and He is now with the Father, calling everybody to believe and accept His gift of salvation. If you have not been saved today, please consider what I have written here today. With God's blessing, I pray that you believe.
