Just to share cause its funny, I joined the weight room in Lifetime Wellness this semester and we officially started yesterday thanks to snow breaks and health and such. Well, my arms are muscled at least a little from playing baritone in Marching Band, and we did upper body weights yesterday. It wasn't too bad, I must say, and not anywhere near how it was for three of the other four girls. Today, however, we did lower body stuff. It was fine with just leg presses, but as soon as we started the squats and lunges I was down. Literally, as soon as I tried to get up. Still wobbly on the stairs, and tomorrow's gonna suck. But here's my funny bit. My house is on a hill, so my room is downstairs. Well, coming home from school and going to put up my stuff, I fell down on the third step. My brother had been leaning over the railing talking to me when it happened, and you should have seen his reaction! He thought I was just playing around till I fell down again five steps later. He was actually worried about me, the little bugger.
