Hi! There is a specific book that I am trying to find and I was hoping some of you could help me. I only remember a few things from the book, but I hope it’s enough! I think it was a harry styles book. It takes place in the 1970’s, I think. The cover of the book had a picture of a girl with blonde hair blowing a bubble with gum. In the book, the male lead goes off to war. I remember that the male lead smokes a lot and towards then end, the female lead gets cancer because of this. At the end she dies and the male lead says something about him wanting to die and be with her rather then be alive without her. Anyways, I hope someone sees this message and helps :)
