Writing or reading stories has always provided me with an escape window for what most people will define as a reality or 'the' reality. Question of the matter is though, why settle for that when reading opens your mind to the possiblity of absorbtion into a new world. More importantly writting allows you to take control over that and create your own personalized ending. Imagine a world where you decide how your life goes? You get the boy, you get the house, or the friends. Or maybe you don't but the boy lives his life unknowing of the beautful person you are because you find some one so much better than the boy you first loved, the house caught fire the night after the realator told you the next bidder was higher, or the friends all get off on drugs while your living a glamorous life style with your lawyer boyfriend. Now I dont know about anyone else but a world where I decide is better than any reality i've known.
