Nemimene Tari Cephans Oyintarila is a Nigerian, studied Petrochemical Technology at the University of Portharcourt (ISLT- Institute of Science Laboratory Technology) Port-Harcourt, River State, Nigeria. He also did a series of Intensive Professional Courses on Leadership, Wealth Creation, Religion, and Voluntary Health Services. Furthermore, he gracefully obtained private coaching on Creative Writing and Drama, from Professor Taiwo Ogunade, a trained Ethnomusicologist in the United State of America and also the Pioneer Manager of Nigeria National Theatre (FESTAC77)
