y'all want an update, but ain't trynna help me so ... ?

guys, I'm sure u would love to know why I haven't updated. Well, to make the long story short, my phone broke and I can't update unless I verify my email, but every time I try to change it- it says the same thing, somebody help me ? I need to get back to my loves. lastly, I made a new account/backup and it did the same thing. please, please, please.
