He just thinks that he's delivering mail (he knows it's probably illegal and sensitive information, which is why they hired him), but he accidentally becomes an accomplice in all this Hydra stuff.

buT okayokay , so matty basically takes up small jobs to get some extra money so i was thinking that maybe he took up one to be a runner boy to deliver information to steve or some shit bc the actual people didn’t want to meet the winter soldier in person ?? i’m realizing this is horrible as i continue to write it out holyshit
