Hi, my name is Jack and I have a Verizon modem with "Diegoboy55" as the user name. Did you or do you still have Verizon as your ISP? I'm trying to get into the modem to change the user and password. I have to log in as the last user to do this. Can we talk about it? I'd like to work something out if it's at all possible.
