Good afternoon, Wattpad readers, friends, and followers!

Some of my most-viewed Wattpad material is my shorter works, such as my British-English dictionary, or my discussions with Wattpad Support. In fact the less I write, the more you seem to like it! I've written a number of items recently which are my shortest ever. They are, in fact, too short to post as written work, and so I have created a YouTube Channel where I can present them.

I plan to have a weekly five-minute rant on random topics that I hope you will enjoy enough to like or even subscribe. Please check out "Dave's Think Tank" on YouTube:

Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've written on Wattpad. Somehow I don't seem to have a lot of time for it! But this week Lori Ellis (@livingdeadgirlxox) invited me to write a chapter for her anthology, "Hey I'm a Super Hero!" and I couldn't resist. There are a lot of great authors involved in this project so I hope you can check it out:

Thanks to @AlysArden , @LivingDeadGirlxox , and @PrettyDanish who helped answer my question yesterday about alternating POV. It seems to have started with author Simone Elkeles and her YA romance series, and relatively recently, since 2007 or so. Interesting that the alternating POV style has gained such popularity with young authors in such a short time!

@PrettyDanish That's the type of usage I was hoping to see! Two very different characters, with very different points of view, so the change in POV also gives you a different perspective. Certainly in the case of an accident, the driver and the victim would have very different perspectives. The style really doesn't work when the story is about a group of best friends who all have the same opinions on everything. And yes, teen girls should probably write about teen boys in third person, and vice versa!
