UNKNOWING, UNAWARE.. baihuang, found as an abandoned egg by danfeng and yingxing. but that was before. they had lived in darkness for as long as they could remember. a prisoner of the luofu’s shackling prison from birth, the birth before that, and the one even before.. imprisoned in retaliation to the sedition of imbibitor lunae, they attempted to take their own life in desperation and grief. they still resided within those walls, it was only recently that they were finally allowed to roam free.

• they used to be a quiet child, clinging closely to danfeng and yingxing. during their days in prison they were essentially mute, as no one would really talk to them or tell them anything. a sympathising inmate did teach them sign language in their current life, as well as talk to them whenever they had the chance. now baihuang usually relies on sign language, speaking in limited sentences to those they’re close with.

• they have a great curiosity for the outside world, spending long hours in the data bank, soaking up information like a sponge. they’d love to join the nameless officially as part of the crew so they can go with them on their expeditions, but they haven’t really figured out what role works best for them yet. so they tend to stay behind and look after the train with pom-pom. so far, they’ve found that they’re very good and efficient with cleaning.

• their release from imprisonment happened roughly after the ending of the wardance, as jingyuan was finally able to convince the vidyadhara and authorities involved. following this, baihuang joins the nameless.
