"hidden in the sand" is just so hauntingly beautiful and simplistic

but we should know that no matter how destroyed it seems, it can always be saved

I just realized that I often seem to collect things that are broken

ppl always tell to introverts to be more talkative and leave their comfort zones yet no one tells extroverts to shut up to make the zone comfortable

these people who are exhausted from self-advocating to ppl who don't understand and doesn't care to understand

these are ppl who experience sensory overload that mentally exhausts them. From the clothing they are expected to wear, the food they are expected to eat, the noise around them, the sights engulfing them and the odours surrounding them, these people's senses are constantly under attack

There are ppl who are in a constant war w/ their own mind, ppl who are battling their own thoughts and fears. Hearing every day from their minds that they aren't good enough, strong enough, skinny enough, that ppl don't like them or that they should have done better
