            Actually, no. 
            He's an amateur scammer. There's a book about his now removed account when it was active (I can tag you both, if you wish). He was trying to scam kids by saying he's part of the illuminati, and telling them to contact him on whatsapp. Same as he's doing on this account, but pretending to be Prince Harry this time.
            Unless one is an idiot who falls for scams easily, this guy is harmless. He's basically like one of those scammers from India you'll randomly get called by. I think that is what he is.

            And he seriously thinks we're dumb enough to fall for these scams? In today's age, teens are smarter towards this kind of stuff. Like, this dude is probably part of those Nigerian scam artists that call saying "Your taxes are overdue. Give me your info so we can work this out."
            All the ones we've gotten called by have horrible english, which could explain why this guys can't speak proper grammer.
