Hi. I'm D.W. Elise or let's just say that's how I call myself whenever I'm writing. I'm a huge fan of literature, and I read everything, fiction or not. I was 14 years old when I first read a book, and you know what the book was? It was Hunger Games. After reading Hunger Games, they handed me Mortal Instruments... then Percy Jackson... so on and so forth. And now, I'm 23 and I haven't gotten tired of reading. I think reading is the most interesting thing in the world, for people have different perspectives and imaginations, and what you imagine while reading differs from the rest.

My favorite books include The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rotfuss, The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz, and The Catcher in the Rye by J.D Salinger.

I am currently focusing on writing mental illness and mental health awareness.
