Let’s all keep praying for our fellow kababayans, and extend our deepest condolences to those who lost their loved ones and homes because of Typhoon Tino.
          
          
          And please, for those with furbabies, make sure to keep them safe. Don’t leave them tied up or locked in. As of now, another storm is approaching, this time, dito naman sa Metro Manila. 
          
          
          Let’s all prioritize our safety and look out for one another. Don’t forget to restock your essentials and keep your first aid kits ready.

Deep inside, I know that many of us carry heavy and emotional wounds. Mental health is often overlooked and left unspoken because of anxiety and fear that people may not take us seriously. But wherever you are, I hope you heal from the pain you’ve endured. 
          
          Do not forget to always check on your family & friends. 
          
          Because the jolliest and most empathetic souls are often the ones crying and seeking help in silence. They understand your pain as deeply as their own.

Hello! This is just a simple announcement, but I’d like to let you know that I’ve changed my name and username from Miss Kathy D. (@kathdy8) to Chant (encraftress).
          
          Encraftress comes from the word enchantress, which I modified by adding craft—just like what I do with my stories. It’s also my way of adding a touch of creativity to my pen name. Yun lang namaan hehe.

First of all, maraming salamat sa walang sawang suporta. (I’m not famous, and I’m definitely not as big as other authors whose works truly deserve to be discovered.) But I feel like that’s not enough of a reason for me to ignore the credit you all deserve for taking the time and effort to read my humble stories. 
          
          Just like other authors, I have my own reasons why I continue to pour myself into every word—bleeding behind the scenes just to climb the steep mountain of becoming a successful writer.
          Pero ang makaramdam ng pagbabago mula sa mga random people na hindi naman ako lubos na kilala pero willing kilalanin ang mga gawa ko? That’s more than anything I could’ve ever wished for.
          
          A long thank-you message from an author to show appreciation might seem too cliché for some of you, pero sa simpleng pasasalamat na ’yon? Isa ’yon sa mga malaking hakbang para hindi kami tumigil. Hindi kami puwedeng maging selfish, dahil alam naming may naghihintay sa’min. Hindi na lang sarili namin ang pinaghahainan namin sa pagsusulat.
          
          Our pens may be our weapons—but you, dear readers, are our armor. You teach us to be confident in what we're writing. You lend us the strength to face harsh criticisms, because we know—pangit man sa iba ang gawa namin, isa namang blend of masterpiece ito para sa inyo.
          So yes, no matter what challenges we face, you are the reason we can never give up, no matter what lies behind all of it. ✨
