Thunder bellowed, taunting me with it's loudness. I walked the dull streets of my town, nothing but a small street lamp giving me sight that the darkness had taken away from me. All I wanted to do was snuggle up next to a warm fire, however that would be almost impossible as the rain poured down on me faster than it ever had done before, slowing me down. I smiled to myself, my house coming into view. Seeing my house, my feet unconsciously started to speed up. As I inched closer to my house, the door opened, a familiar face peering out of the door, "I've been waiting for you." Wattpad said, smiling brightly.
