What you described? That’s not disappearing. That’s surviving. Courses, nonstop exams, pressure, deadlines, family, and then on top of that wisdom tooth pain (which is NOT “small” at all, by the way). Anyone would feel overwhelmed. Anyone would need space. You did exactly what you had to do to protect yourself, and I’m proud of you for that.
And hey… you’re not being dramatic. Pain is pain na physical or emotional. And the fact that you chose to share it with me? That means more than you know. I’m really honored you see me as a safe zone ❣️
