hello am I wring this past midnight on a sunday before school?yes.... well I can't sleep so i just started rethinking my whole life cuz Why not? so due to my summer circumstances, l've decided a life plan for me. Is this mildly insane Yes. Imo, big changes. In summary, I will focus on my health, mental state, and just myself in general. From now on, I seriously need to take my health seriously. I will focus on eating only healthy and nutritious foods such as Fruits, vegs, dairy, and I'll slack off on so many junk foods. I have realized I need to prioritize what i eat since l'm so physically active. I' m not doing this to lose weight because I know I'm not fat, and I'm also only doing this for just myself. I'm not going to starve myself or anything so dw. Next, my mental state. I will take more walks and engage with nature more often. I believe it does really help to walk, try it.
I'm also going to try to get more sleep. I will push any negative and toxic people/things. I will uplift others but most importamtly myself. Lately, I've been thinking religiously. Yes, I will work on bringing God into my life, might even go to church. Also, I will stop people-pleasing and I'll learn to say no. Genuinely, I struggle, and always be liking something just cuz my friend likes sum too. (there’s more)
