when I see someone talk about how they want to kill themselves on social media, it confuses me. all the people I’ve ever known to have depression hid the fact that they had thoughts of pills and the afterlife clouding their mind. they never talked about it in the open unless forced too because they were “embarrassed” or “scared” even though they had no reason to be. it saddens me. idk.
