new year, new crippling urge to change all of my covers! (and yet absolutely no inspo or energy to do it!)

Heyyy, I hope you’re doing okay <3 I saw your message on your board, and I just wanted to let you know—please don’t feel any pressure to update. Take all the time you need. 
          
          I actually read your fic (sweet creature) a while ago probably right after you published it. I can’t remember exactly when, but I stumbled upon it again recently while going through my saved fics in my library. It’s still just as amazing as I remembered, and rereading a bit brought back all the emotions I felt the first time :)
          
          I just wanted to send you a little message, even though we don’t really know each other, to let you know I’m thinking of you. I hope you’re holding up okay, and I wanted to say how deeply sorry I am for your loss. My condolences for your father. Sending you so much love and strength during this difficult time xxx

          the next update might take a lil while. my dad passed away a month ago today (almost to the hour) so the jeanie gilbert trauma is hitting a little close to home at the moment. i'm hoping to eventually turn writing her grief into an act of therapy for me in a beautiful jeaniesque kinda way.
