You can look up a TON of writing prompts online, I personally use Pinterest! Specifically dialogue prompts cause they give you a lot of room for creativity!

Honestly the best thing to do is to start writing! You don’t learn without doing and whenever I have trouble writing I remind myself that you can’t edit an empty page. Bad writing is better than no writing :)
