So I've noticed that the latest Wattpad app update comes with a new feature. There's a new Wattys identification tab for books that have won before. It can be found right under the book's votes.
          
          While I think it's a brilliant idea, I feel it would've been more useful if it was tailored to the creators, like something to verify that this person is an official Wattpad Creator. I'm saying this because I've come across profiles/users who claim to be Wattpad Creators, but their page activities are questionable. For example: I'm pretty sure Wattpad Creators don't partake in r4r and v4v. Being invited into the Creators program, means your content attracts a huge number of engaged readers. So if you're calling yourself a creator, yet you're trading votes & reads then you're not one. Which is why I think Wattpad should really find a way to verify Creators, and not books that have won a Watty before. The Wattys already have a dedicated profile that has all the winning books in their reading list. Plus they also have the sticker, so... there's no need for the extra verification. 
          
          This is just my honest opinion, though I highly doubt if it'll change anything XD. Just wanted to put it out there.

Tonight on BSA 2: Return of the Ex-wife:
          
          My phone's ringtone cut through our conversation, and I set my folded clothes down before picking it up. Gerta's name glowed on the screen, and I didn't hesitate to answer. "Hi, Ger—"
          
          "Shonee! Oh, thank God you picked up!" She sounded so panic-stricken that my eyebrows dipped in worry.
          
          "Ok, Gerta, calm down. What's going on?"
          
          "Mirasol is missing!"
          
          My heart jumped in my chest. "What? Wha-what do you mean Mirasol is missing?" 
          
          As soon as the question left my mouth, Jordin perked up, concerned.
          
          "We don't know where she is!" Gerta cried out. "After her violin classes, she headed up to her room. When dinner was ready, I went up to go and call her, but she wasn't there. We've searched every corner of the house, but we can't find her."
          
          As promised, it's a quadruple update tonight guys! Thanks once again for taking book one to 20k reads and book two to 1k.           During the week, book one and two pass the 20k and 1k threshold respectively and I'm so happy. Wonderful progress! To share my joy, expect a quadruple update on Friday! November was such a good writing month for me and as a result I have a huge number of pre-written chapters filled with twists and turns you'll never see coming. 
          
          Seriously, if you’re behind on chapters, you might want to catch up cuz Nancy Beckham is about to turn the entire Beckham household upside down! She's got a lot up her sleeve and this is just the beginning, trust me.

I have a lot to be grateful for this week.
          
          Not only has The Billionaire's Secret Affair surpassed 17k reads, GuiTara has also climbed up the charts, and is ranking number one in Ghana. I also finally, finally, fiiiinaallly brought myself to finish the rewrites, and I am so proud of myself for finishing one of my main writing goals this year. Now every book on my profile is complete with the exception of BSA 2 which is my current WIP. 
          
          I am so happy with this version of GuiTara because it's a 1000 times better than the first draft. Out of a total of 60 chapters, I managed to chop it down to 49.49! That's 11 chapters filled with scenes that weren't moving the plot, at all. They were just in the book because I wanted them in it: I wanted a singing competition, so I included it. I wanted a fight scene with Lucero and Tara, so I put it in. I wasn't writing for the plot's sake. I was writing for my sake and it ended up dragging the story. I'm a bit embarrassed that from 2020 to 2022, I had this up for people to read. I even entered it into the Wattys. Twice! I'm sure the judges had a good laugh XD. [Continued in comments]
