Thank you all for reading JIVIKA. As all things must, unfortunately it will have to come down in a week or two. It’s time to truly edit this book and start thinking about making it something more permanent. It will reappear, I promise, fully edited and ready to be read in a form that I was unable to present it as in my early years of writing.
          	
          	I would still say: it’s the only book I ever wrote that changed me to the core. It shaped me as a writer and I wept after almost every chapter. It made me question what makes happiness so impossible and possible at the same time.
          	
          	If you’re still reading it, you can let me know and I’ll try and postpone unpublishing it, but I can’t promise a long period because my window of editing and planning these days is very narrow.
          	
          	As for writing, I can’t do it yet. I’m still swamped with school and work. I have started reading some ONC entries though and it’s been great to reconnect with people. I am back on here as a reader if not a writer. If you have something you want me to check out, feel free to let me know. After nearly getting through the hardest semester of my life, I finally do have moments of downtime, so I figured I might as well use them to catch up with Wattpad buddies!

@EternalSu Su, oh my goodness it is so good to read this coming from you! Genuinely missed your writing so much and I’m glad to see you have an ONC book up. I look forward to checking it out. While editing Jivika and the zombie book I often read your comments and find such deep motivation and it helps me understand what to hone and push further. Thrilled to have met you. I’ve learned more than I can even express from your work and your friendship. ❤️

@preciouspearl20 It’s not at all something to regret. Honestly if you ever get opportunity I could always send you a PDF, but in general it’s the second book I ever wrote so it is not as stylistically polished as my later work that you’ve read, so it’s probably best I edit it first anyways, LOL. I’m so glad to be back as well. And even happier that you and others are still here. ❤️

          No I only contacted you here, Wez just wanted me to let you know about a computer bug that may have taken her devices offline. I have since spoken to her and she has been able to speak to me on discord. At the time the devices had been down about 3 days and Wez just wanted me to let you know. I simply don’t have time to update ANIMALS anymore. I’m sorry. I tried to hold on for as long as I could. I’m currently starting graduate school and the workload is immense. I will reply to comments on existing chapters little by little, but as for updating, I’m going to have to put everything on hold. I’ll stay in touch with everyone, read whenever I can, and write on the side for the future. Then when I come back, I have some stories to share that I believe are my strongest yet, but I want to allow myself time to really put my all into them before they’re live, so please bear with me as I take this time off first.

Does anyone know: How do I stop these weird 2-follower bot accounts from following me? I block 1 and 3 new ones show up. I don’t want my follower list to be polluted by these accounts. Just today I see at least 3 new ones in my notifications and it’s annoying to have to keep manually blocking them only for there to be like 3 new ones the next day.

@CitizenSamurai Oh awesome, thanks for this info. I'll see what I can do. Sometimes when Wattpad does maintenance they seem to glitch out and unlink mutual genuine followers, so I worry about them taking action sometimes if the action is too sweeping, but usually they are good about keeping things clean for the most part.

@gideoneaston Hi Gideon - I'm getting those, too.  I have created a text file with the simple details that I can report to Wattpad to show them that the account is spam;  I point out that the account has no written works / no genuine discussions.  It's a drag, but I figure we're helping keep the community a little cleaner.  Having a text file to copy and paste makes it easier to report without a lot of effort.

NOTICE: I have unpublished both "Operation Sunlight" and "Werepup" from Wattpad so that I can turn them into full-length novels. The next short story I'll be unpublishing in around September 2025 will be "If Butterflies Could Talk" for the same purpose of turning it into a novel.
