Heyy, I hope you don't mind this message! I'm reading your story and I LOVE it, I love how it goes with the series plotline, it gives a spectacular sense of time, and also the writing is REALLY good, unfortunately I've been having some technical problems that don't make me star the chapters or comment, I hope I'll fix it soon so I can start the chapters, keep going like this!

@ginnywritez - Hey Author!

I just finished reading Looks Like a Bunny Loves Like a Lion and girl... you absolutely did not disappoint.

First of all, can we talk about that TITLE? It instantly caught my attention because I have genuinely never seen a title like that before. It is unique, intriguing, and honestly impossible to ignore. Then I saw the cover and I was completely pulled in. The cover is seriously one of the BEST covers I have seen on Wattpad. I love the font you used for the title, and the whole design fits the vibe of the story perfectly. The way you included the main characters, the dark atmosphere, the smoke effects, and all the little details made it look so professional and immersive. Sometimes I genuinely wonder how some authors are so talented at making covers because WOW. You really outdid yourself with this one. Between the title, the cover, and the summary introduction, I was immediately hooked.

Now let’s talk about the story itself because OH MY GOD.

The way you built the main character’s backstory and those awful “parents” had me genuinely angry while reading. You wrote them so well that I actually wanted to jump into the story and strangle them myself. It honestly broke my heart that she never got the chance to truly know her biological parents. At the same time, I really loved that because of her visions she was at least able to see what they looked like. That detail made everything feel even more emotional because even though they were gone, there was still this connection to them through her gift.

I’m so glad you got pulled into it, that it actually felt alive to you—that’s exactly what I’m trying to do. And the tension part especially… I’ve struggled with that before, so hearing you feel it now means a lot.

I gave her those qualities on purpose, because I’ve always disliked how in a lot of gangster stories the girl is small, fragile, and constantly needs saving. I wanted to twist that a bit—make her someone who makes her own choices, stands up for herself, and is strong in her own way.

And I’m really happy you’re picking up on that.

I post a new chapter every day, so you won’t have to wait long—you’ll get some answers tonight :)

Thank you so much for all your love for the story—and for noticing the little details you like, that really means a lot to me

Thank you so much!! I’m really glad you’re enjoying the bonding between her and the other characters—that actually means a lot to me. I added that on purpose because I felt like it was missing in a lot of other stories about Tommy and the Shelby family.

I’m not completely sure yet how many seasons I’m going to cover. Right now I’m thinking this book will focus on seasons 1 and 2, and then maybe turn it into a series—but I’m still figuring that out.

I’ve also been thinking about starting a new book after this one. I feel like my writing has improved a lot while working on this story. At the beginning I really struggled with the time gap—how people spoke back then versus now—but it’s starting to come more naturally to me now.

@ginnywritez - I also loved that Esme and the MC got along so well. One of my favorite scenes was when everyone left for work and Esme and the MC stayed behind drinking together at the Shelby house. The moment where Esme imitated Arthur constantly saying “By order of the Peaky Blinders” had me laughing so hard. That entire scene felt so fun and natural.

Another thing I really appreciated was how every character gets meaningful moments with the MC. The heart to heart conversations made the relationships feel deeper and more emotional instead of surface level. It made the story feel alive.

            BUT THAT CLIFFHANGER???

            OMG.

I was NOT expecting the chapter to end like that. You literally had me sitting there staring at my screen in shock. I need to know what happens next because that ending left me stressed.

Also, I wanted to ask if you plan on covering all six seasons of Peaky Blinders and maybe even the movie too? And if you do, are you planning to include some of the original scenes from the series or completely rework them into your own version? I’m honestly so curious about where you are taking this story, and I really hope Thomas and the MC get the beautiful ending they deserve.

Overall, I’m genuinely so glad you decided to publish this story and share it with readers on this platform. Your writing pulled me in emotionally from the very beginning, and you created something that feels exciting, emotional, funny, intense, and unique all at once. Whatever direction you decide to take this story in, I already know it’s going to be amazing.

            Can’t wait to keep reading!
