OK so a week turned into a few weeks. Anyway here is chapter 16. Feel free to comment and criticize. Hopefully chapter 17 won't take as long to complete.

Hi everyone. I apologize for the not posting but I was finishing a teacher leadership class that ate up my weekends, so I wasn't able to write much of anything and post it. I am working on chapter 16, hopefully it will be up this week. Have a happy Easter everyone!
