            * well he certainly wasn't complaining. if he had been allowed, Arthur would have gladly shouted his engagement to the princess from a rooftop. he supposed he could just tell Gwaine. it would have the same effect. reaching over, he took hold of her hand, giving her a slightly pointed look * Mirya, you need to relax.             You know, I may not appreciate you pointing out the obvious, Lancelot, but I do thank you for your words. You have been the only one brave enough, or foolish enough, to try and get it through to me. So in return, I'm going to give you some advice. Whoever she is, this lady friend of yours that has you so distracted, go and talk to her before Gwaine sits you on your arse in training again. I need all my knights at their best and that's not happening at the moment.

[he sat patiently while the (dumb) blond prince thought of special places. personally, it was about time that he thought for himself.]    take her to the special place and be honest with her, whether you do it there or on your way. it is clear that you hold love for her and this pains you so, given how rude you’ve been acting, so.. talk to her. explain the reasoning you’ve been so incredibly awful to us, and to her, and give her the chance to talk. this is not a one way conversation— two people are required to get this all figured out. you may not be able to tell her how you feel about her today, but with time, i would recommend doing that too.
