It’s been over a week since I finished Mice and Lions, I was missing writing it so much I decided to post a “what came next” small chapter.
          	I hope you enjoy :)

Hi :) so sorry if this sounds random but I wanna try making a twd fanfic and I was wondering how you write like the episodes? What I mean is like how do you write the actual twd episode? Like do you copy the script from the episode from somewhere and then add in your to it writing and stuff or do you watch the episodes and write them as they go on? I hope this makes sense. Sorry for bothering!

Hii!! Not weird at all omg :)
Ive watched the walking dead enough to know the entire plot of the show. So for me, writing Charlotte’s character I already had a rough draft in my head knowing where I wanted her to end up. When it came time to writing the scene’s, I had TWD episodes pulled up right beside me and I’d go back and forth between writing the dialogue and watching the show — I think a key factor is having enough similarities and differences between your writing and the show. It’s okay to switch up script or conversations to factor in that there’s another person (your character) there now too. Even changing up the way some scenes play out is perfectly okay. In short : yes, I watch the shows as Im writing. I also include my own scenes and own script to try and differ my fanfic from the show.
I hoped this helped!!! Feel free to ask any questions <3

You are a phenomenal writer. In the few days I have read mice and lions I have cried, laughed and experienced every emotion a human can go through. You go girl. Please write more books. I also admire how you have managed to really incorporate Charlotte into the twd storyline seamlessly. This is the best fanfic I have ever read

this is the best compliment i have ever received, you are genuinely the sweetest omg. I love that you enjoy my writing and I cannot wait to publish and grow more as a writer just for appreciative people like you <3

“Charlotte is like chasing after a deity to believe in. He’s not sure she’s real. She’s untouchable to himself and the world around them. There aren’t enough words to describe Charlotte other than Charlotte.” — Chapter 54, CARL THE MAN YOU ARE HOLY MOLY

i forget my own writing sometimes until im looking back on it and O M G
