          I still can’t believe I’m writing this…
          
          When Night Chose Us (formerly Ivory Knives) just hit 100K reads.
          
          One hundred thousand.
          
          And this was my very first book.
          
          I started this story with nothing but a random idea, nervous energy, and a tiny bit of courage. I didn’t know if anyone would read it. I didn’t know if anyone would connect with it. I didn’t know if it would matter to anyone the way it mattered to me.
          
          But you proved me wrong in the best way possible.
          Every read. Every vote. Every comment. I felt it. And it meant everything.
          
          You gave life to a story that once only existed in my notes app at 2 a.m.
          
          Renaming it from Ivory Knives to When Night Chose Us felt like a new chapter… but you stayed. You trusted me. You kept reading. And that loyalty? I’ll never forget it.
          
          100K may be a number to some people.
          But to me, it’s 100,000 moments someone chose my words.
          
          Thank you for believing in my first story.
          Thank you for growing with me.
          Thank you for choosing this book.
          This is only the beginning.

          I have some exciting news to share with you all. After a lot of thought (and rereading every chapter with fresh eyes), I’ve decided to give Ivory Knives a new title that feels even truer to the heart of Jungkook, Elvira, and Sol’s story.
          
          From now on, the book will be called When Night Chose Us.
          
          This title captures the darkness they were both pulled into, the way the night tested them, broke them, and eventually… chose them for each other. It’s about fate, shadows, love that blooms in the dark, and the unbreakable bond they built when everything else tried to tear them apart.
          
          I really hope you love it as much as I do. It feels right—like the story finally found its name. 
          
          The chapters, the characters, the journey—nothing else is changing. Just the title that now carries all the weight and beauty of their love.
          
          Thank you for being here with me through every twist, every tear, every quiet moment. You’ve made this story feel so alive. I can’t wait to keep going with you.

Hi my loveliest readers 
          
          I just wanted to share a small update regarding my books. I’ll be resuming regular updates from the end of March. I know this is a very important time because many of you have your exams going on, and I truly want you to focus on them without feeling distracted or pressured about missing updates. Your studies and your future always come first.
          
          Please don’t worry about the stories going anywhere — they’ll be right here waiting for you once your exams are over and you can read peacefully and enjoy every chapter without stress. I want you to experience the emotions fully, not while you’re rushing between revision and deadlines.
          
          In the meantime, I will be updating “Heaven Was Never Ours.” So if you need a small break between studying, you’ll still have something to read.
          
          Thank you for always supporting me, being patient, and loving my stories the way you do. It means more to me than you know. Study well, take care of yourselves, and I’ll see you at the end of March with regular updates again ✨

I would like to express my genuine disappointment. Despite having 227 followers on Wattpad, I have not even been able to reach 30 followers on Instagram. This is discouraging, especially since I share important content, spoilers, and updates related to my books there.
