You are about to read the first two installments of this saga:

2. THE STATE OF AION – The political landscape, history, and treaties that shape the present.
These are the foundational documents of this world—the lore, the history, the stage upon which the drama will unfold. Think of them as the ancient scrolls a new ruler might study before taking the throne, or the legends told around a fire on the eve of a great war.
The story itself—the flesh-and-blood characters, the betrayals, the battles, the whispered alliances—begins in the PROLOGUE, which will follow soon.
I’ve chosen to share the history first so that when the first chapter begins, you will understand the weight of every crown, the meaning behind every banner, and the deep currents of faith and fear that move these people.
So, take your time. Explore the geography of a world where the sun rises backwards. Learn the creeds that divide it. Study the treaties that hold a fragile peace together.
Then get ready.
Because when the, "THE SUNSET SOVEREIGN," arrives, the silence will break. The sparks will fly. And the game will begin.
