Today I lost one of my best friends, my companion, the one I could count on always being there for me. Some people would rudicule me for having a horse as a best friend but he has been there for me in ways humans could not. R.I.P sandy I will miss you forever and always

Eleven pm and I can't sleep :/ WHY!!! I haven't slep properly since aug 12!!! Any ideas on ways to sleep better?
