          	Suffice to say, I'm taking my therapist's orders and starting to write again. I'm working on a memoir piece about chaperoning prom while drunk, so look for that update!

Hi Invisible Audience! 
          
          I've actually done things with words on this account. I just keep forgetting to post about it. I put two new stories in the memoir (Weapons in the Form of Words): one about my encounter with my parents' sex tape and one about our Satanic parrot. I also put another story in Headcanon- "My Own Skin". This was a gift to my friend Freya after a terrible experience at her residency. One last update- "The Danger of Closing Our Eyes" is a short poem I added to my poems/lyrics book. It started from a few lines in a note on my phone and then went from there. Kinda bleak, but, hey- that's me!
          
          I'm working on a blog post about Chester Bennington's death. It's struck me hard this week. Linkin Park is one of the most influencial bands in my past 15 years of my life. They, along with Fall Out Boy, saved my life more than once. This has hurt. One the update is complete, I will post it here for all of you to not read.           Insane. No, it's not 9k, but I'm still shocked.

          I'll have a new memoir story finished in a few days. Maybe even a new lyric story?

Happy Boxing Day!
          
          I feel like I'm in the zone lately with writing. 
          
          Not necessarily that it's any good. Just that I'm writing. And, as Stephen King said in his book On Writing, that's what matters.
          
          So, I have 2 new entries in my memoir and a new entry in my blog. In case you hate yourself and want to read crap.
