Hey, Scarlet! I'm not quite sure if you still come onto here, but I just wanted to say you are such a talented writer. I've been reading Call of the Sea, and I found the narrative to be so beautiful. Not only have you crafted a well-rounded original character, but you've also managed to create an entire culture for Middle Earth, complete with further original characters. Vera is an exemplary character for Middle Earth, weighed down by a destiny and throne that she feels entirely unprepared for. It's something that mirrors Aragorn and Legolas, and their journey throughout the Fellowship was a narrative filled with growth. I loved your story! Best wishes.
