THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FUCKING EVIL.
Whatever happened at Jantar Mantar on 20 July has genuinely shaken me to my core. I am DISGUSTED. I am FURIOUS.
How was using force easier than being accountable?
HOW WAS LATHI-CHARGING STUDENTS EASIER THAN TALKING TO THEM?
HOW WAS TEAR GAS EASIER THAN ANSWERING THEIR QUESTIONS?
HOW WERE WATER CANNONS EASIER THAN LISTENING?
THESE ARE STUDENTS.
THESE ARE CHILDREN.
THESE ARE TEENAGERS.
THESE ARE COLLEGE KIDS.
People who should be worrying about exams, assignments, and their future—not whether they will be punished for demanding to be heard.
A GOVERNMENT SHOULD NOT FEAR ITS STUDENTS.
A GOVERNMENT SHOULD LISTEN TO ITS STUDENTS.
A GOVERNMENT SHOULD PROTECT ITS STUDENTS.
People love saying "the youth are the future."
UNTIL THE YOUTH START ASKING QUESTIONS.
UNTIL THE YOUTH DEMAND ANSWERS.
UNTIL THE YOUTH REFUSE TO STAY SILENT.
Then suddenly they become a problem to control instead of citizens to hear.
IT IS NOT NORMAL.
IT IS NOT OKAY.
AND IT SHOULD NEVER BE ACCEPTED AS NORMAL.
I am angry.
I am heartbroken.
And I am sick of seeing accountability treated as optional while force is treated as acceptable.
DO BETTER.
BECAUSE THIS IS NOT WHAT LEADERSHIP LOOKS LIKE.

This is fucking disgusting, democracy is dead in this country. Anyone whose supporting police brutality is just inhumane, this protest was never about any political parties. It was because of the NEET leaks and how students took their OWN LIVES because of this. All this happened because the government can't take accountability. Deeply ashamed right now.
