@lost_intranslation11 - if it's Top 10 trending then that's probably fed by algorithm, so it may well be that the top 10 trending books just aren't changing at the moment. So it'll be Top 10 as decided by user reading time I'd imagine

Hello! I’ve recently not been able to comment on stories. I am able to post on profiles and my own profile however. This has been going on for abt three days now and I’ve tried logging out of my account, shutting down my phone, closing the tab multiple times(I use wattpad from the website). Every time I hit the send button to post a comment is says in red ‘Comment failed to post’. And yes I have wifi and cellular idk what to do. Help!

Hello, I'm having an issue here on Wattpad and it seems that every time I try to report it, I don't get an answer. I was really hoping someone could help me out with this?
I have a story called War of Hearts that was plagiarized by a user called celestialwriter_54 last year. Her story was called Veni Vidi Amavi. In particular, she was taking my main character, Parker, and multiple direct original storylines and dialogue. Anyway, I reported the story and it was taken down. But then a few months later the user re-uploaded it. So the Wattpad Staff deleted and banned that user. Now the user has come back under a new username, dreamerandwriter14, (she is on Tik Tok as well advertising her story under her old username on Wattpad) with that same story under a new name, Illumoria. But everything remains the same in the story itself. So I reported the story again and it was taken down. But then the user filed a counter-notice against me. I'm not sure how her claim was valid this time since the staff didn't allow it the past time she tried to re-upload it. Regardless of that though, the story was re-instated because I didn't file a court order. I do understand that part is legal. It's not the part that I'm contesting at all. What I want to know is since I'd already mentioned that the user has been deleted and banned previously, then why is she allowed to stay this time? I thought that was against the rules of Wattpad to leave a user on here that had been banned?
I'm honestly not trying to bother anyone, I just want to know why things are being handled the way they are. I tried to ask Themis, the staff member who handled the report about it, but she ignored me. I don't know who else to ask at this point. Can you please explain this to me? As I said, I understand about the legal aspect of the counter-notice but this is a previously banned user and I didn't think that was right that she be allowed to stay.

@TheOrangutan Small update: my report was closed as "incorrectly reported" for some reason. I opened the ticket again, explaining that this is not a copyright or general issue but a ban evasion case. Hopefully they'll assign me someone who can help solve this :)

@TheOrangutan Ok so I thought of something that may help - I'm going to re-open the last ticket I'd sent in that was misrouted to the wrong department and hopefully it will go to the right one this time. But thank you for all of your help with this! It really means a lot that you took the time to reply back!

@TheOrangutan I totally get that! Thanks again for getting back to me with this. Unfortunately, I already tried that route. I reported the user separately for her being previously banned, noting I'd submitted another ticket for the plagiarism issue, but that ticket got redirected back to the copyright team as well. Even after I explained to the staff member that I was not reporting the user for plagiarism in that particular ticket. I understand the legal aspect of it, of course, but since she's violating the rules of Wattpad itself by coming back on here after being banned the first time, surely she should be banned again for this? That would override the counter-notice since it's an issue with the user herself. Sorry, I'm not arguing or anything. It's just frustrating because it seems like every time I try to get help with this issue, no one knows what to tell me :/
