Hiya,
Just wanted to ask about why some authors are having trouble with publishing some of their chapters. There was someone who said I had to fill in some kind of form or my latest chapters wouldn't be able to be published, but there was no link attached to the message, so I asked that person why their Wattpad account wasn't verified and now I can't find the message nor the person who sent it. I assume it's a scam, but I'd like to know if there is a specific reason why author's latest chapters aren't able to get published. It' s something a lot of us authors have been struggling with lately.

@HONOURED_BY_HATE - Hi, if you're having some technical issues, then you need to send in a help request / submit a ticket to the Support team please. You can do that from this link: https://support.wattpad.com/ or via the Help pages. We have also had a spam issue recently, which is talked about here - https://support.wattpad.com/hc/en-us/articles/50542189689236-Phishing-Attempt - on the Help pages, but you will never need to fill in a form to publish a new chapter. Hello Wattpad team. I am just a normal user and I publish stories here but now, I am being threatened by a person or a bunch of them from yesterday. They are revealing my personal information and constantly threatening me. If I block they are creating new new accounts for targetting only me. I have reported and blocked but I fear further threats hence having no idea about what to do, I am here to seek help. I am scared to tag them here. Please help me.

@Shatapatra1542 - Wattpad will never give out personal information, and that includes email, personal info, all that stuff, we pride ourselves on trying to keep our users as safe as we can. What they say, and what is actually true, are very different things.
Hello Wattpad team, I just wanted to tell you that the app you have built has given me a real reason to continue the story in my mind, because here I can be free and maybe even seen by other artists and readers, just like you. And I would like, if possible, to give me an honest opinion about the story I created and an advice on how I can be seen by even more readers, only if you want to answer me, of course. Please Wattpad I beg you, remove the ads or at least decrease the amount. It's frustrating and disappointing, they take away my desire to read, they don't let me enjoy reading. It is no longer only an announcement between chapters; now it is also at the beginning of the book and the middle of the chapter. Listen to this user since 2014, we want to return to the golden age of Wattpad and we can achieve it

@lost_intranslation11 - if it's Top 10 trending then that's probably fed by algorithm, so it may well be that the top 10 trending books just aren't changing at the moment. So it'll be Top 10 as decided by user reading time I'd imagine

Hello! I’ve recently not been able to comment on stories. I am able to post on profiles and my own profile however. This has been going on for abt three days now and I’ve tried logging out of my account, shutting down my phone, closing the tab multiple times(I use wattpad from the website). Every time I hit the send button to post a comment is says in red ‘Comment failed to post’. And yes I have wifi and cellular idk what to do. Help!
