what is this thing called when you literally forget the easiest words ever like idk salt and instead of saying salt in any language you know cause you literally cant remember any word for salt you have to call it the white crystal seasoning that you add to your food to make it taste better and how do i work on it

@hearts4perth noooo what i meant is that i know the word in general but its like it disappeared from my mind at the certain moment i didnt mean that i have a problem with studying words nopee i just tend to forget the words i normally use (i usually remember them some time later though)
