@ilikehorsesandcake yay!! Australia scares me lots of bugs (I hate bugs) and arachnids that I don't wanna see or fuck with. I'll take snakes and reptiles over insects and arachnids any day. Scorpions do intrigue me tho

So, as an uneducated American, I have a question or two about Australia (you can delete or ignore this if you want, I'm just curious). So are the bugs really that bad? Do you come across venomous spiders often?? Do huntsman spiders really get thay big???
          
          Also, are the seasons really flipped for y'all? Like winter in July and summer in December?? Does it snow??? Does it get colder to the south or the north???? Is it really that hot in the summer?????
