I still log onto this account every few years or so, intending  to delete it, to be done with Wattpad once and for all. I never use it anymore and I've unpublished many of the things I posted, but I can never bring myself to delete my account.



Every time I do log on, it's a trip down memory lane. I remember the friends I made, the stories I found, the skills I practiced.

I used to spend hours of my mornings during the summers here on Wattpad, writing, interacting with my friends I made here, making covers, and reading others stories.



I regret to say that I haven't touched my cello in years, and took a bit of a break from music composing, but it's okay. My cello stands in its case in the corner of my room collecting dust, the bow tie from my old orchestra uniform draped around its neck. I look at it fondly as I get ready for the day, telling myself that I'll get back to making music someday. 



I suppose this Wattpad account is just another well-dressed cello, collecting dust in the corner of the internet.



And that's okay.
