- im also really sorry for being so pressed about people being "neutral" or not being in this situation at all because they dont like being tangled up in this stuff, but listen, ok: im not into politics. like, not even a bit. im the dumbest person ever when it comes to it. but this situation is not about politics. its about BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS. if you are not willing to use your voice in any way possible, you are a part of the problem. george floyd. say his NAME. GEORGE FLOYD WAS KILLED. the fact that doesnt make you angry disgusts me.

 ## BLACKLIVESMATTER
          - ive just been told that the BLM fist used in profile pictures are for the black community only! ive changed my pfp since then, though i will continue to try to spread awareness for this.
          - (update! credit to tumblr user utenas, they have a full run down on their account) a peaceful minneapolis protest was met with violence. not by the protestors. by the police.
          - the police arrived in riot gear and had started using water cannons, rubber bullets and tear gas.
          - so much violence had occured. they were using non lethal weapons in lethal ways in an attempt to silence the protestors. 
          - there are a lot of videos on twitter showing what happened.
          - the cops jammed cell towers and cut live streams to interrupt broadcasts to prevent people from seeing what was happening.
          - there were undercover cops pretending to be violent protestors, throwing rocks and other things at cops.
          - the cops lied about the protestors being armed.
          - the murderer of george floyd STILL hasnt been arrested. 
          
          - i wish i could do more, but this is all i can do right now. i dont have any other platform to say this on but please, sign petitions. SPREAD AWARENESS. do anything and everything you can. silence is still violence. you have a voice, please use it.
