The book has a lot of potential so it would be a shame to see it gone. If your having a writer’s then here’s an idea to continue the book:
After Selia submits her notes to her supervisor, Dr. Lemurian (or however you say his name) doesn’t believe that she did this but after hearing the voice recording, he begins to try to make sure that she doesn’t do well in her job so she doesn’t get promoted cruelly believing that she wasn’t ready. A couple weeks later she submitted more work which caught the attention of the higher-ups, which in return got Dr. Lemurian jealous because he believes that he should get the attention not his assistant. One day Selia is back at SCP-049’s containment and her superior walks in but upon noticing that no one was there, he drags Selia to 049’s containment door, opens them, pushes Selia in, then closes it afterwards trapping her with the SCP. After all this he leaves the scene forgetting to turn off the cameras and mic that Selia was using to talk to 049.
